• PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Once the payment is made, the confirmation E-MAIL WITH ORDER DETAILS will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
• CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed. Cancellation made 12hrs before delivery will not be accepted.

• DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver our Products within Dubai. All delivery will be between 6:30am and 9:30am.
Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details, and prefered timing (60min range) however delivery times may be affected by factors beyond their control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
During any product delivery, if the client is not available in the address specified in the system, the products ordered by the client shall not be delivered to anywhere else. Within the framework of such a case, the member must accept all legal responsibilities arising from ordering a product to an address where he/she does not exist.
• Waiting Time At The Receptient
a) Our Carriers will only wait for up to fifteen (15) mins at the delivery location for
the Recipient.
b) If a Recipient is unavailable to take possession of the Collected Items within
fifteen (15) minutes, the Carrier will return the Collected Item to where it was
collected from.
